FAQ/T&C

Hopefully you find the information you are looking for here, but if not then get in touch via our 'contact page'.

Who's behind it all?

Two guys, one vision, Nick and Jamie. They met at a festival in Cornwall and the journey began. More creatives and good folk have joined the journey, namely Will Davies the brewer.

What is Duette?

It's a premium Sparkling Brut Beer, a harmonious blend of specially curated yeasts. Brewed with great times in mind and packed with flavour.

What does it taste like?

Taste is an individual journey, but expect the bubbles of champagne, the flavours and aroma of a quality German Weiss beer and a crisp, sweet and refreshing finish. It's also 11.% to amplify the good times.

Where are we based?

Bristol, England. It's where we brew our beer and the good times.

What's the deal with our music?

Our music mixes are free, eclectic and come from our DJ friends, who understand the need for the pure uninterrupted musical delight to match those memorable moments.

Attire, are we qualified fashionistas?

Yes we produce clothing, with function and fashion in mind. We aren't qualified designers, so we keep it nice and simple.

Are we green?

Duette is locally produced, using a local workforce. It's a plastic free product which can be recycled and and is delivered plastic free. Our t-shirts are environmentally friendly, all of our packaging can be recycled, we don't use poly bags. We make every effort to be friends with good ol' mother nature, as should you.

What's the deal with delivery and shipping?

We post it as soon as possible, using professional delivery companies and aim to deliver within the stated time frames.

Please check item descriptions for delivery costs.

Please see AGE RESTRICTIONS for all terms relating to the purchase and delivery of our alcoholic product(s).

I want to return my purchase, what do I need to know and do?

Ok, no worries about that, but the following conditions must be met and if all is good then we will offer the refund or exchange;

Returns and exchanges must be sent within 28 days of receiving the package. Items returned after this date will not be refunded or exchanged.

We are responsible for the product up until acceptance of delivery. Likewise for any returns it is the responsibility of the customers until delivery is accepted at House of Après.

We ask that you email [email protected] to state the reason and to state whether an exchange or refund is required.

Item/s must be in a perfect resalable condition.

Ideally if you can include a printed copy of the order confirmation which was sent to you by email then that would be helpful.

We do not cover the cost of shipping of a returned item, however we will not charge you for new postage if it is an exchange.

If all conditions are met please send the item/s to: House of Après, Finstock, Rock Hill, Georgeham, Braunton, United Kingdom, EX33 1JW. (Not our home address, so please don't pop in for a cuppa).
